Shipping Policy:

We ship ONLY to the continental United States.

Orders over $349 automatically qualify for free priority overnight shipping. Orders under $349 have a flat rate charge of $40 for priority overnight shipping.

We take great pride in the well being of our corals so if there there are protentional adverse weather conditions on the delivery day you have selected we reserve the right to hold the order for rescheduling. We will contact you to reschedule the delivery to a safe date. This also applies to and around holidays.

We ship Mondays-Thursdays.

Customer are responsible for providing a safe and accurate shipping address for delivery. Please double check your address in your order confirmation. A to Zoanthid is not responsible if the address is incorrect or undeliverable and will not issue a refund. We are not responsible for unfortunate events such as misplaced, lost, or stolen packages during transit. Under all circumstances the shipping company is responsible. We will do our best to assist our customers in any of these events. There are no refunds on shipping costs for any reason.

DEAD ON ARRIVAL GUARANTEE (DOA):

Shipments must be accepted upon first delivery attempt. If there are any DOAs with your order, you must contact us atozoanthid@gmail.com within 1 hour of the box's arrival and provide pictures of the products that arrived DOA. We are not responsible for improper acclimation techniques or adverse water parameters. Contact us for our water parameters, lighting, proper acclimating techniques.

There are no refunds on shipping charges. Our DOA policy does not apply if the package is delayed for any reason by the shipping carrier.

Please allow at least 24 hours for your order to be processed after payment has cleared.

All sales are final.

All photos and corals are taken in house by A to Zoanthid. All photos are taken under actinic LED lighting on a iPhone with macro lens, 20000k yellow, 15000k orange filters. There are no guarantees on color accuracy as colors may slightly vary due to your lighting fixture/settings, tank parameters or environment.

No material from the site may be copied, reproduced, republished, uploaded, posted, transmitted or distributed in any way. The site, including all of its information and contents, such as text, data, wallpaper, icons, characters, artwork, images, photographs, logo, graphics, is A to Zoanthid property or that of our suppliers or licensors and is protected by patent, trademark and/or copyright under United States and/or foreign laws.

You may not use, download, upload, copy, print, display, perform, reproduce, publish, modify, delete, add to, license, post, transmit, or distribute any materials and content from this site in whole or in part, for any public or commercial purpose without the specific prior written permission of A to Zoanthid. We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the site and to use the information and services contained here.
